Python Job: Production Strategy Coordinator

• Responsible for Business Intelligence analysis, identifying main business priorities and bringing innovative data mining approach as an integral solution to workflow (including unstructured data an cloud tools aspect). Perform all kind of data analytic projects, from exploratory and descriptive analysis to predictive and prescriptive modeling.

• Coordinates efforts to identify quality, performance and cost reduction improvement opportunities in production processes.

• Support operations planning and goal setting ensuring high standard execution of processes and activities.

• Develop Key Performance Indicators to monitor operations.

• Participate actively to solve issues and enable production goals to be meet.

• Coordinate end process review to evaluate results and progress of each project, with specific recommendations for new season.

• Conduct Budget and Capex review considering investment needs, tracking associated benefits and assure alignment with the strategic business objectives (Medium and Long term Projects).

• MR (Manufacturing Representative) for capital projects related to innovation, being responsible for the preparation of document assumptions and technical support. Apply project management tools and change management concepts.

• Strong focus on Operations Artificial Intelligence projects and automation tools development, support data digitalization and software replacement. Promote data-driven decision making.

• Identify and bring new strategies and trends from the industry & promote Best Practices sharing across different sites and operations, within hub and global teams. Strong influence on key stakeholders ensuring a effective and smooth pace in adopting new technologies.

• Conduct Lean & Six Sigma projects acting as champion / mentor for other project leaders. Give trainings for the Operational/Technical Team.

ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?

• BS in Engineering (Agronomy or Production related), Statistics, Data Science.

• Desirable Master Degree or strong knowledge in seed production processes (> 5 years)

• English (Advanced level) Strong Six Sigma knowledge and experience.

• Demonstrated Project Management skills. Strong influence skills to drive change.

• Digital tools skills. Strong statistical and ML and IA knowledge, modeling proficiency. Python / R Coding Hadoop/Amazon S3 cloud tools
